• Sawtooth Mountain Clinic – Lower Level:  Thursday, 10/27   3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
• Arrowhead Electric Co-op:  Friday, 10/28  8:30 – 10:00 a.m.
• Birch Grove Community Center:  Friday, 10/28 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.  School pick-up finishes at 3:30.  Please don’t arrive early!

1. 1. Flu shots are also available to those with an appointment at COVID booster events. Reserve a time for a booster + flu shot at www.cookcountycovid19.org.
   2. Bring your insurance information or cash/check.   Regular $27    High-dose (age 65+) $91
   3. If these dates/times don’t work for you, please call SMC ( 218-387-2330) to schedule an appointment.
