How to Start Your Outpatient Mental Health Journey

You do not need a referral to access our outpatient behavioral health services.

Simply call our clinic and request a Behavioral Health Intake appointment. During this 20-minute visit, you will meet with a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator who will learn about your needs, answer your questions, and help connect you with one of our licensed behavioral health professionals.

The intake appointment can be completed by telehealth, phone, or in person at our Grand Marais location. There is no cost for the intake appointment.

Sawtooth Mountain Clinic’s Sliding Fee Scale is available for those who qualify. For questions, inquire at the front desk or call the clinic at 218-387-2330.
