If you would like us to bill your insurance, please bring your information and card with you, otherwise there will be a $28.00 charge payable by cash or check only.
FITs test (Colorectal cancer screening) will be available on certain flu shot clinic days. You can stop by the 9/27, 10/11 or 10/18 flu shot clinics for more information on FITs and to see if this a colorectal cancer screening option is for you.
