- Sawtooth Mountain Clinic – Lower Level: Thursday, 10/27 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
- Arrowhead Electric Co-op: Friday, 10/28 8:30 – 10:00 a.m.
- Birch Grove Community Center: Friday, 10/28 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. School pick-up finishes at 3:30. Please don’t arrive early!

- Flu shots are also available to those with an appointment at COVID booster events. Reserve a time for a booster + flu shot at www.cookcountycovid19.org.
- Bring your insurance information or cash/check. Regular $27 High-dose (age 65+) $91
