Walk In Flu and COVID-19 Shots
Please come only during the scheduled times. High dose flu shots will be available for people age 65 and older. Updated COVID-19 vaccine will be available. Please bring your insurance card OR cash/check made out to Sawtooth Mountain Clinic. Regular dose: $27.00 High dose: $94.00 Will take place in the lower level of the clinic. 9 years old and up.

Join us for our first Birch Grove Health Screening Day on Wednesday, October 18th from 9am-12pm! No registration needed. Screenings will take place in the Birch Grove Clinic, please ring the doorbell on the side door. We will still be doing Foot and Nail Care in the afternoon after Senior Lunch. Blood pressure: Free Blood glucose: $3.00

Third Wednesday of every month Place: Birch Grove Community Center Time: 12:30 (after the senior meal) until finished. To register, call SMC at 218-387-2330. Please enter and exit through the doors by the playground. Patients need to bring their own: Foot basin Towel $10 cash Clinic staff will be using the same infection control protocols that are in place at the clinic.
