Drive-Thru Instructions

• Bring either your insurance card, a check made out to Sawtooth Mountain Clinic, or $20 cash.
• Wear a face covering.
• Remain in your car.
• Wear clothes that allow easy access to your upper arm.
• For adults and children 9 and over.  No walk-in shots at SMC this year.
