Drive-Thru Instructions
- Bring either your insurance card, a check made out to Sawtooth Mountain Clinic, or $20 cash.
- Wear a face covering.
- Remain in your car.
- Wear clothes that allow easy access to your upper arm.
- For adults and children 9 and over. No walk-in shots at SMC this year.
