Just because we are a small facility in a small town doesn’t mean you can’t have access to big city care. As a Health Care Home, we are ready to help you schedule any outside appointments or procedures you or your family might need. From the local hospital to the Mayo Clinic, we are committed to coordinating the care our patients need.
