Sawtooth Mountain Clinic Wins Three HRSA Awards
Recently, the National Association of Community Health Centers held its annual meeting. The Health Resources and Services Administration announced its 2023 Quality Recognition Awards at that meeting. We are happy to announce that Sawtooth Mountain Clinic won 3 awards: Covid-19 Public Health Champion, Health Center Quality Leader – Silver, and Patient-Centered Medical Home.
The Patient-centered Medical Home is a designation based on the quality of care coordination. The Silver Quality Leader award recognizes that SMC is in the top 20% of clinics nationally for clinical quality metrics. The COVID-19 award was granted to the top 10% of the nation’s nearly 1,400 Federally Qualified Community Health Centers.
