Discrimination is Against the Law
Sawtooth Mountain Clinic complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. We provide free auxiliary aids and services—including qualified interpreters and information in alternative formats—to ensure equal access for individuals with disabilities. We also offer free language assistance services, such as translated materials and interpretation, to ensure meaningful access for individuals with limited English proficiency.
Language and Auxiliary Aids
Sawtooth Mountain Clinic provides people with disabilities reasonable modifications and free appropriate auxiliary aids and services to communicate effectively with us, such as:
- Qualified sign language interpreters
- Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats).
Sawtooth Mountain Clinic provides free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, which may include:
- Qualified interpreters
- Information written in other languages.

Filing a Complaint
If you believe that Sawtooth Mountain Clinic has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance. You may do this via phone, patient portal, email (frontdesk@sawtoothmountainclinic.org), or via the contact form on our website . If you need help filing a grievance, please call the clinic at 218-387-2330.
